Service Description

Once students graduate from Sunset Somatics™, or are a previous HTMC™/SAMC© graduate, we invite them to take SA© Practicum. This course takes everything learned in Sunrise Somatics™ and Sunset Somatics™, and brings it into the arena of therapeutic mastery. SA© Practicum is offered to professional counselors/healers who wish to practice and enhance their therapeutic skills. Dr. Ruby Gibson will be sharing her expertise for working with specific groups such as children, veterans, immigrants, addicts, and sexual and domestic abuse survivors. Additionally, Dr. Gibson will illustrate the application of SA© to rectify conditions like disease, nightmares, anxiety, suicide, adoption, historical amnesia, historical loss, ancestral patterns and inherited behaviors. Through demonstrations, somatic meditations, group conversation, and dyad sessions with other class members, these newfound skills will greatly augment your professional practice.
